Cabin B-13
1948-1949
Known Episodes: 3 Circulating (of 25 scripts produced)
John Dickson Carr, master of the crime story, was given his own radio series by CBS to follow up on an episode of Suspense in 1943 called Cabin B-13, in which strange occurrences and disappearances were common within an ocean-liner state room. It was designed as a mystery series to run in competition with Phillip Marlowe. Unfortunately, not many of these shows exist any more. The character of Doctor Fabian, ship’s physician, acted as the host to introduce all the strange tales.
